Taking Homeopathic Remedies
Homeopathic remedies are not like conventional medicine you buy over the counter. They are prepared by a series of dilutions and succussions; so a little care must be taken when you take your remedy.
- Do not handle the tablets/drops
Pour one tablet into the cap and pop the tablet into the mouth or one drop from the pipette. If children resist then crush a tablet between two spoons.
- Do not eat or drink 10-15 minutes before or after taking the remedy.
Homeopathic remedies are absorbed in the mouth so you only need to let them dissolve.
- Store Homeopathic remedies away from strong odors, bright sunlight and extreme temperatures. If stored correctly your remedy will keep for a few years.
If your Homeopathic remedy has not made a difference to your condition after 10-14 days, discontinue taking it. You may need another remedy or to see a qualified Homeopathic Practitioner who will take a full case history and match the correct Homeopathic remedy for you.
